Ralph E. Miller, age 89, of Dover Township, Dover, died at 7:25 AM Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at his residence. He was the husband of the late Louise (Markle) Miller.

Born August 12, 1935, in Jackson Township, Spring Grove, he was a son of the late Davis S. Miller, Sr. and the late Ethel (King) Miller.  He was a 1953 graduate of West York High School and then served in the US Navy.  Professionally he worked in automotive sales and leasing and retired from Apple Chevrolet as a manager.  He was a member of West York Church of the Brethren.

Mr. Miller is survived by two sons, Troy E. Miller (Karen Hoffsommer), of Dover, and Jeffery L. Miller (Valerie), of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; two granddaughters, Meghan and Jenna; a great grandson; a brother, Glenn L. Miller; and three sisters, Dora Krebs, Deborah Jacoby, and Diane Wagaman. He was also preceded in death by a brother, David S. Miller, Jr.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 10:00 AM Friday, September 26, 2025, at West York Church of the Brethren, 5101 Darlington Road, York, with his Pastor, Dick Godfrey, officiating. William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 2150 Carlisle Road, York, is in charge of arrangements.
