Randall G. Brown

Randall G. “Randy” Brown, age 78, of Springettsbury Township, York, died at 3:30 PM, Friday, January 7, 2022 at Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center. He was the husband of Louise C. (Friese) Brown for 48 years.

Born April 20, 1943, in Orlando, West Virginia, a son of the late Ruby Brown Bee, he was and Vietnam Army veteran and retired from Osram Sylvania.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Brown is survived by three daughters, Jeannie Brown and her husband Adam Weaver of York, Jennifer Frantz and her husband Mark of Dover and Teresa Hoover and her companion Brad Berger of York; six grandchildren, Stacie Cassel, Christopher Appenzeller, Nicky Euculano, Matthew Hoover, Logan Frantz and Kyle Weaver; and eight great grandchildren, Hailey, Ian, Delanie, Dani, Carter, Carson, Ava and Dylan. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Appenzeller and a brother, Frank Brown.

Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, 849 East Market Street, York are in charge of private arrangements.
