Raymond E. Ritter, III, age 70, of Conewago Township, Dover, died at 12:31 PM Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at Wellspan York Hospital. He was the husband of Carol A. (Dubbs) Ritter.
Born June 10, 1956, in York, he was a son of Sarah F. Mason, of Glen Rock, and the late Raymond E. Ritter, Jr., and he worked for BAE Systems, formerly BMY. He was an avid hunter, gun collector, and motorcycle enthusiast.
In addition to his wife of nine years, Mr. Ritter is survived by a daughter, Jessica L. Wilson (Duane Rizzio), of Goldsboro; a son, Jacob L. Ritter, of York; eleven grandchildren, one great grandchild; and a sister, Letha McCullough. He was also preceded in death by three sons, Raymond E. Ritter, IV, Ryan Ritter, and Cody S. Wilson; and two brothers, Harry Mason, and Roland Ritter.
