Richard Dubbs Obituary

York - Richard E. Dubbs, age 91, of Manchester Township, York, died at 6:29 PM Monday, April 19, 2021 at his residence.

Born March 19, 1930 in York, a son of the late Harvey and Ellen (Brenneman) Dubbs, he was a US Navy Veteran and was retired from Cooper Industry.

Mr. Dubbs is survived by a daughter, Judy D. Lloyd, of York; two grandchildren, Jason Lloyd, and his wife Sarah, and Jennifer Lloyd; two great grandchildren; a brother, Ronald J. Dubbs; and a sister, Dorothy M. Fike. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Harvey C. Dubbs, Jr. and Kenneth L. Dubbs.

Funeral services will be private. Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, 849 East Market Street, York, is in charge of arrangements.
