Robert L. Boyer, age 77, of York, died at 11:20 AM Saturday, February 28, 2026, at Wellspan York Hospital.

Born October 3, 1948, in West York, he was a son of the late Charles Boyer and the late Martha (McCarthy) Boyer McKenzie and stepson of the late Robert McKenzie.  He retired from York International and enjoyed his role as Santa Clause at the West Manchester Mall, and traveling the United States.

Mr. Boyer is survived by two sons, Brian L. Boyer, and his wife Shawn, of Dover, and Michael A. Boyer, of York; three grandchildren, Zachary, Zoe, and Eli; a sister, Karen Sue Patton, of Florida; and a brother, Charles “Pork” Boyer, of York. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Anita Wise; and two brothers, Donald and William Boyer.
