Robert L. Crouse, Jr.

Robert L. Crouse Jr, age 65, of West Manchester Township, York, died at 8:10 AM Saturday, September 2, 2023, at John’s Hopkins Hospital. He was the husband of Linda J. (Stoner) Crouse.

Born November 2, 1957, in York, the son of Almeda B. (Mellinger) Crouse, of York, and the late Robert L. Crouse, Sr., he earned his Bachelor’s Degree from York College of Pennsylvania, and was retired from Exelon Corporation, and its predecessor, Constellation Energy, where he worked in natural gas marketing.  He was a member of Providence Presbyterian Church.

In addition to his wife of 30 years, and his mother, Mr. Crouse is survived by one son, Robert L. Crouse III, and his wife Kate, of New York; two daughters, Amy Tschopp of York, and Kristy Pope, and her husband Tim, of North Carolina; and six grandchildren, Bryce, Gary, Caroline, Breanna, Tiffany-Amber and Henry

A viewing will be held from 1-2:00 PM Sunday, September 10, 2023, at Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York.  Burial will be 2:00 PM Monday, September 11, 2023, at Mount Rose Cemetery.  A memorial service will be held 10:30 AM Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Providence Presbyterian Church, 1215 Church Road, York, with his Pastor, Vince Wood, officiating. A reception with the family will immediately follow.
