Robert I. Gordon, age 67, of Springettsbury Township, York, died at 11:00 PM Monday, July 1, 2024, at his residence.

Born November 20, 1956, in York, he was the son of the late Bernard and Doris (Frankel) Gordon.  He is a graduate of York Suburban High School and George Washington University, where he earned his degree in business. He was the owner and president of Gordon Recycling Services, as well as a number of other businesses.

Mr. Gordon is survived by two sisters, Lynne Gordon Dewitt, and her husband James, of Pacific Palisades, California, and Phyllis Gordon Cohen, of Kansas City, Missouri; and a niece, Liza Dewitt.

Funeral services were private with Rabbi Marshal Klaven officiating.  Burial is in South Hill Hebrew Cemetery.  Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York, is in charge of private funeral arrangements.
