Robert J. J. Young, age 69, of West Manchester Township, York, died at 8:36 AM Thursday, May 14, 2026, at his residence. He was the husband of Mary E. (Reed) Robbins.

Born September 7, 1956, in Syracuse, New York, a son of the late George and Hilda Young, he had worked in landscaping.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Young is survived by a daughter, Brandy N. Young, of York; a son, Robert W. Young, of New York; two stepdaughters, Lois Rivera, and her husband, Danny, of Columbia, and Alice Kautzman, of Carlisle; two stepson, Donald M. Reed, and his wife, Stephanie, of New York, and Christopher M. Oyler, of Dover; seventeen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren. He was also proceeded in death by four brothers and sisters.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, 863 South George Street, York. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. Burial will be 12:00 noon on Monday, June 1, 2026, at Riverview Burial Park, Lancaster.
