Robert “Bob” E. Bupp, age 76, of West Manchester Township, York, passed away peacefully at 10:42 AM Wednesday, March 26, 2025, surrounded by his loving family at Providence Place in Dover. Bob was a devoted father, grandfather, and friend who touched the lives of many with his kindness, wisdom, and sense of humor. His smile could light up the room, and his bright blue eyes reflected his warmth and joy for life.

Born August 7, 1948, in York, he was a son of the late Abraham and Malinda (Brown) Bupp.  He served in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War, and retired from Rivers Truck Center after more than 20 years of employment.

Bob grew up with a strong work ethic and a passion for building and fixing things. He took great pride in his craftsmanship, spending countless hours constructing sheds, restoring his beloved Chevelle, and working on various projects. One of his favorite pastimes was relaxing on his backyard swing, taking in the beauty of nature and the company of his loved ones.

Bob had a deep love for his family and cherished every moment spent with them. Whether it was sharing stories, enjoying a meal together, or simply being in each other's presence, his family was his greatest joy. He also had a special place in his heart for his dogs, Lady and Daisy, who were his faithful companions.

Mr. Bupp is survived by two daughters, Shannon L. Folk, and her husband William “Billy”, of Dover, and Robin L. Pritz, of Dover; and a granddaughter, Destiny Folk, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Abraham “Frank” Bupp; and a sister, Susan O’Bryan.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 2150 Carlisle Road, York, with The Rev. Bonnie Whittier officiating. Viewing will be from 1:00-2:00 PM. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery with military rites presented by The York County Veterans Honor Guard.
