Sally A. Horn, age 91, of Springettsbury Township, York, and Topsail Beach, North Carolina, died at 6:56 AM Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Misericordia Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was the wife of the late Honorable Richard H. Horn.

Born February 2, 1934, in Kennett Square, she was a daughter of the late Dana D. and Sarah Anne (Neil) Dunnick. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from San Mateo State College, in California, and her Teachers Certificate from Bloomsburg College and had been a Teacher for the Montro School for Girls in Baltimore.

Mrs. Horn is survived by a daughter, Tina M. Moylan, and her husband Benjamin, of York; and a grandson, Hunter Moylan, of Salt Lake City, Utah. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Richard H. “Roby” Horn and Gregory C. Horn; a sister, Martha Dunnick; a brother, Dana Dunnick; and her companion, Chase Gilmore.

Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York, is in charge of private funeral services, with burial in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
