Sandra Faye Deitrick, born July 19, 1938, entered into rest in her home on October 7, 2025, surrounded by family after years of kidney disease. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Mildred (Mattison)White; her sisters, Darlene Fox and Shirley McClain; and brothers, Bobby White, Kenneth White, and Gary White; her loving husband of 48 years, Larry Deitrick; and sons, John McFarland and Wayne Deitrick.

Sandra left behind her children, Joni McKinley (Barry), Jeff McFarland, Lori Miller, Matthew Deitrick (Jennifer), Danielle Runkle (Shawn), and Christopher Deitrick (Brittany). She also leaves behind many grandkids, great grandkids, great-great grandkids, and many nieces and nephews.

Sandra lived an amazing life. She loved her family and loved to take care of children. She was a foster parent for 17 years and fostered over 60 some children. She worked as an aide for many years. She loved to travel to the beach with her siblings yearly. She loved to Scrabble with her many wins under her belt. She looked forward to going to church on Sabbath Day. When she could no longer attend church, she enjoyed watching it on tv.

Sandra will be missed by many and remembered for her caring and loving soul.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM Sunday, October 26, 2025, at York Seventh Day Adventist Church, 2220 Roosevelt Avenue, York, with Pastor Randy Nims officiating. All are welcome! William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 South Main Street, Manchester, is assisting with arrangements.
