Sarann C. Boring

Sarann C. Boring, age 83, of Dover Township, York, died at 2:44 PM Saturday October 15, 2022 at her residence.  

Born April 7, 1939, in West York, the daughter of the late Arbon E. and Dorothy (Rudisill) Boring, she was a graduate of West York High School and retired as the bookkeeper for the Manufacturers’ Association in York.  She was a member of Saint John Episcopal Church, York.

Miss Boring is survived by two brothers, David and George Boring; as well as a host of very kind and special friends nieces and nephews, including her niece, and caregiver, Terry A. Bolton. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Linda Bolton; and a brother, Arbon E. Boring, Jr.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Friday, October 21, 2022, at Saint John Episcopal Church, 140 North Beaver Street, York, with The Rev.’d Eric Hillegas and The Rev.’d Alyssa Pasternak officiating, and The Rev’d. Joseph Seville as eulogist.  Visitation will be 10-11:00 AM. Burial will be at Prospect Hill Cemetery. Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York, is in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to at Saint John Episcopal Church, 140 North Beaver Street, York.
