Scott L. Doll, Sr.

Scott L. Doll, Sr., age 70, of Susquehanna Township, Harrisburg, died Monday, June 13, 2022 at UPMC Harrisburg.

Born February 13, 1952, in York, a son of the late Spurgeon Doll and the late Marie Ball he had worked at New York Wire Company as a machine operator.  He was an avid York Revolution fan and season ticket holder for many years. He loved watching movies especially westerns.

Mr. Doll is survived by a daughter, Shelby Ilgenfritz, and her husband Brad, of York; a son, Scott L. Doll, Jr., and his wife Nicole, of York; four grandchildren, Chase Doll, Regan Doll, Preston Ilgenfritz, and Parker Ilgenfritz; a brother, Randy Doll, of York; and his former wife, Victoria M. (Snyder) Doll, of York. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Steven Doll.

A graveside service is scheduled for 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, 849 East Market Street, York, is in charge of arrangements.

The family would like to send a Big Thank You to all the Nurses and administrative team at the Gardens of Blue Ridge for all the care and love they had given to Scott! The Family is forever grateful!!
