Susanne L. Cassell

Susanne L. Cassell, age 68, of Newberry Township, Manchester, died at 9:39 AM Saturday, March 25, 2023, at her residence. She was the wife of Clarence C. Cassell, Jr.

Born March 22, 1955, in York, she was a daughter of the late Charles Brehm and the late Janet Witmer, and adopted daughter, of the late Ray Baker. She was retired from A. Duie Pyle, where she worked as a dispatcher and, prior to that, had worked for New York Wire Cloth, and as a VFW manager. She attended Brandywine Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Cassell is survived by three grandsons, Chase Cassell, Owen Cassell, and Drew Hunt; a stepson, Craig Shaffer, of York; a brother, Gary Brehm; and a sister, Sandy Clemens. She was also preceded in death a son, Shawn M. Cassell.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Friday, March 31, 2023, at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 South Main Street, Manchester, with Mr. Wayne Jacobs officiating. Viewing will be 10--11:00 AM. Burial will be at Suburban Memorial Gardens.
