Tammy M. Quiel, age 56, of Springettsbury Township, York, died at 10:53 PM Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at her residence.

Born April 14, 1968, in Poughkeepsie, New York, she was a daughter of the late John Sharkey and Gertrude Darrow and adopted daughter of the late Richard and Beatrice (Burger) Quiel.  She is survived by two sons, Andrew Geier, of York, and Patrick Geier, of Manchester; a daughter, Shonna Gunarich, of York; seven grandchildren; and four sisters, Sandra Babcock, Diana Knapp, Georgeanna Funk, and Penny Armstrong.

Funeral services are scheduled for 5:30 PM Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 2150 Carlisle Road, York. Visitation will be from 4:30-5:30 PM.
