Teddy J. Wales

Teddy J. Wales, age 59, of Conewago Township, York, died at 10:49 AM, on Friday, July 2, 2021, at his residence.

Born December 13, 1961, in York, a son of the late Ronald E. Koontz and the late Ramona Wales, he worked as a landscaper for 30 years, most recently for Whitman Landscaping and was a member of the Hawk’s Gunning Club and Moose Lodge. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed music, football and NASCAR.

Mr. Wales is survived by a brother James Kinard, Jr. and his wife Jill, of York.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, Friday, July 9, 2021, at Living Word Community Church, 2530 Cape Horn Road, Red Lion, with Pastor Aaron Kunce officiating. Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, 849 East Market Street, York, are in charge of arrangements.
