Thomas Collin Lepley, age 82, of Manchester, died Thursday, April 10, 2025, at UPMC Community Hospital in Harrisburg. He was the husband of Joanne E. (Yoder) Lepley.

Born January 2, 1943, in Boswell, Somerset County, a son of the late Walter Lepley, Sr. and the late Bertha (Dunlap) Lepley, he was a 1962 graduate of J. B. J. High School where he excelled on the wrestling team and was crowned king.

After moving to York County, he became an iron worker and a welder. He worked for several different companies including BMY and Cole Steel. He eventually retired from Harley Davidson. He was a hard worker and always provided for his family of eight. He enjoyed fishing and hunting with his family. He will be forever in our hearts and sadly missed.

In addition to his wife of 60 years, Mr. Lepley is survived by his children, Jeff Garlesky, and his wife Marcia, of Florida, Dave Saylor, of Mount Wolf, Deb Garlesky, of York, Lira King, and her husband Dale, of Windsor, Thomasine Stewart, and her husband Jim, of Dover, and Coleen Turner, and her husband Dwight, of Newport, North Carolina; 21 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; and two sisters, Judy Lepley and Penny Manzulich.  He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Marlene Saylor; and siblings, Walter “Flops” Lepley, Jr., Edward Lepley, Doleres Lockard, Marlene Skomra, Mark Lepley, Donald “Hooker” Lepley, Paul Lepley, Carol Moskey, infant brother, Harry; and infant sister, Jacquelyn.

A memorial service is scheduled for 3:00 PM Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Passionate Church, 160 School House Road, Lancaster, with Pastor Tyler Wells officiating. The family welcomes everyone attending for a time of food and fellowship immediately following the service.  William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 South Main Street, Manchester, is in charge of arrangements.
