Timothy Cover Obituary

Timothy W. Cover, age 72, of Dover, died at 12:41 PM Thursday, November 12, 2020 at York Hospital. He was the husband of Shirley A. (Minehart) Cover.

Born July 6, 1948 in York, a son of the late James E. and Emma P. (Lynart) Cover, he was a 1967 graduate of Spring Grove High School. He had retired from General Dynamics after more than 30 years of employment. Mr. Cover collected trains, stamps and coins and loved his grandsons. His favorite quote was “Have a quality day!”

In addition to his wife, Mr. Cover is survived by his daughter Jessica A. Coeyman, and her husband Randy, of Dover; two grandsons, Logan and Haydyn; and a brother and sister. He was also preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.

Funeral services will be private. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. William E. Little Funeral Homes, 2150 Carlisle Road, Shiloh, is in charge of arrangements.
