Troy A. McClane, age 61 of Newberry Township, Dover, died at 5:15 PM Saturday, February 28, 2026, at his residence.

Born April 28, 1964, in York, a son of Deanna (Grossman) Sheaffer, of Dover, and the late Bruce E. McClane, Sr., he had worked as a flooring and maintenance mechanic until the time of his illness. He was an avid dirt track racing fan and had coached little league baseball in earlier years.

In addition to his mother, Mr. McClane is survived by two sons, Ricky L. McClane, and his wife Lindsay, of Red Lion, and Troy A. “TJ” McClane, Jr., of Mount Wolf; four grandchildren, Destynn, Peytynn, Trenton, and Maverick; and three brothers, Eric, Roy, and Patrick McClane. He was also preceded in death by his companion of 20 years, Nancy Frye; and a brother, Bruce McClane.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Burial will be private. William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 South Main Street, Manchester, is in charge of arrangements.
