Wayne L. McKinney, age 74, of West Manchester Township, York, died at 6:08 AM Wednesday, June 5, 2025, at Wellspan York Hospital.

Born June 13, 1950, in York, a son of the late Paul L. C. McKinney, Sr. and Ruth (Fogle) McKinney, he retired as a Team Leader for Johnson Controls.

Mr. McKinney is survived by a son, Bradley W. McKinney, of York; two daughters, Lisa M. McKinney, of York, and Trisha L. Fox, and her husband Michael, of York; a brother, Steven McKinney, of Wrightsville; eight grandchildren, Alexandra, Chelsea, Leah, Taylor, Austin, Starleigh, Grady, and Rilynn; and three great-grandchildren, Camden, Ryder, and Elliana. He was also preceded in death by four brothers, Paul L. C. McKinney, Jr., Art McKinney, Edward McKinney, and James McKinney; and four sisters Yvonne, Faye, Delores, and Kathy.

Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 PM Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, 849 East Market Street, York, with The Reverend Bonnie Whittier officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00-3:00 PM. Burial will be private.
