William C. Heiner, age 74, of York, died at 2:05 PM Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at his residence.

Born October 25, 1951, in York, he was a son of the late John H. and Cordelia E. (Miller) Heiner. He served in the US Army in the Vietnam War and had worked at C Work Solutions.

Mr. Heiner is survived by a brother David R. Heiner, of Spring Grove; two sisters, Judy Black, of Manchester, and Diane Cullison, of Norfolk, Virginia; and nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Richard, Larry Sr., and John Heiner Jr.; and three sisters, Linda Heiner, Mary Wagner, and Anna Mae Porter.

A graveside service is scheduled for 10:00 AM Monday, June 8, 2026, at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens, 250 Chestnut Hill Rd, York. Military rites will be presented by the York County Veterans Honor Guard. Workinger Semmel Funeral Homes and Cremation, 849 East Market Street, York, is in charge of arrangements.
