William Gromling Kerr, born April 13, 1995, passed away on October 21, 2024, at the age of 29. 

Born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and raised in Dover, he was the son of Stephen and Jeane (Gromling) Kerr. He graduated from Dover Area High School in 2013 and was beloved by many teachers for his quick wit and spunky attitude. In September of 2019, he and Samantha Rosier had their son, Lucas Richard Kerr, who has certainly inherited Will’s sense of humor. 

Will was a hardworking maintenance technician and overall go-to man at Classic Rock Fabrication. He had a true talent with cars and loved to fix up old cars in his free time. He spent countless days working on both his own cars and those of his friends. He also loved playing pool, watching old Western movies, and listening to classic country and rock. He will be remembered for his unique sense of humor and his unwavering loyalty and dedication to his loved ones. 

He is survived, and remembered, by Stephen and Jeane Kerr, Samantha Rosier, Sarah and Micah Thiele, Lucas Kerr, and close friends Gary Frey and Mike Butler as well as several aunts and uncles and many cousins. 

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, November 1, 2024, at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 South Main Street, Manchester, with The Rev. Beth Schlegel and The Rev. Marianne Kingsborough officiating. A reception with the family will immediately follow.
